All parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty.

Our Warranty Promise

Every part we sell is genuine (OEM) or an authorized equivalent. As such, all parts carry the standard warranty offered by their manufacturer — typically 30 days to 12 months depending on the part type and brand.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects: Parts that fail due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period
  • Premature failure: Parts that fail under normal use significantly before expected lifespan
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA): Parts that don't work out of the box when properly installed

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation (e.g. forcing the part, wrong wiring, no surge protection)
  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Wear from normal use after warranty period
  • Damage from power surges (use a surge protector!)
  • Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Document the issue. Take clear photos or video of the problem.
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp or email adminleetamappliances@gmail.com with your order number and the documentation.
  3. We'll review and confirm whether it's covered. Most claims are processed within 3–5 business days.
  4. Resolution: Approved claims result in a free replacement part (most common) or a refund.

Professional Installation Recommended

For complex parts (compressors, control boards, gas valves), we strongly recommend professional installation. Self-installation is fine for simpler parts (door seals, water filters, knobs) — but if you're unsure, hire a technician. Damage from improper installation voids the warranty.
